How to cancel order and get money refund?

In case of prepaid order, if order is cancelled without any issue from Trend In Need then Payment Gateway charges (ie 3% of amount paid) will be deducted from the amount paid and amount will be credited to the bank account within 7 days of cancellation request accepted. In case cancel is due to any issue from Trend In Need then full amount will be refunded to bank account within 7 days of cancellation request accepted.
