Wholesale Trend In Need Charge shipping cost as per weight of the order. 18% GST Extra on shipping cost applicable.

 
How Many Days Does It Take to Deliver the Product?

Normally it takes 5 to 7 days to deliver the product.

What's the Dispatch Time?

To take utmost care for finishing and quality of the product it takes at least 3 to 5 days to dispatch the products.

All hand made products like Hand painted dress materials, Sarees, Block printing dress material , Sarees need at least 5-7 days to dispatch especially in monsoon seasons when weather conditions are bad.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end. 

Does Wholesale Trend In Need deliver products outside India?

No. At this point, Wholesale Trend In Need delivers products only within India.

I have received a Damaged/ defective product inside a packet,  partial item/partial order or an Empty Packet?
Kindly reach out to us for a partial item/partial order within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:
Please do not use the item for which the claim is being raised.
You may be required to information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users
The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation
You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)
If a partial item / partial order delivery was received and claims must be made the same day.
You must not dispose of the packaging post - delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
You have used the item for which the claim was raised.
How are orders placed on Wholesale Trend In Need delivered to me?

All orders placed on Wholesale Trend In Need are dispatched through other courier partners such as Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery DTDC Etc.

How do I check the status of my order?
Please tap on the “My Orders” section under My Account of Website to check your order status. Wholesale Trend In Need provides an order Tracking number/URl via whatsapp and email by which order can be tracked.
How to cancel an order and get a refund?

Order can be cancelled as long as order is in Processing/Ready to Ship status before shipping. You can contact our customer support to cancel the order. In case of prepaid order, if order is cancelled without any issue from Trend In Need then Payment Gateway charges (i.e. 3% of amount paid) will be deducted from the amount paid and amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10-12 days of cancellation request accepted. In case cancellation is due to any issue from Trend In Need then the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of the cancellation request accepted.
