Wholesale Trend In Need will be B2B platform where retailers, resellers, boutique owners will be able to buy full catalogue of any product. No single product will be sold. So to make sure every seller get its full benefit from this platform some Rules have been decided which are as follows.

1. For Working as Seller on B2B platform of Wholesale Trend In Need GST Registration is Compulsory.
2. Sellers need to share at least 10-15 Catalogue for B2B Platform. Price of product should be for full catalogue (Need to give MOQ) and not for single product.
3. Only Catalogue which can be dispatched within 3 days should be shared.
4. In case any product need more than 3 days but not more than 4 days to dispatch it need to be informed at the time of sharing product.
5. Product Images with full catalogue 1 Min Video will also be required so customer can understand the fabric and full design of the product.
6. Order received on Wholesale Trend In Need will be prepaid orders. Cash on delivery is not available for the Customers. So if any order delays the dispatch more than 3 days and result in cancellation of order by Buyer than a penalty of INR 500/- will be charged to the seller.
7. In Wholesale Trend In Need Platform as each order will contain multiple product so to avoid dispute of missing/wrong/defected product kindly share the Parcel Packing Video. Buyer will also liable to give parcel opening video.
8. In Wholesale Trend In Need platform return will only be accepted in case of any missing product, defective product, wrong product send. In such case if return reason is confirmed & Buyer cancel or want to exchange the order than seller will have to pay Shipping cost for sending and returning of parcel.
9. In Wholesale Trend In Need Seller will be updated about the return parcel tracking details. In case return parcel is not delivered than seller need to inform Wholesale Trend In Need within 48hrs so timely action can be taken. If Seller does not inform Wholesale Trend In Need about parcel not delivered within 48hrs of delivery date than Wholesale Trend In Need will not be responsible for any missing parcel.
10. Payment will be made on Monthly basis on 7^th Date of every Month of all orders that are successfully delivered and confirmed by the Buyer.
11. To avoid any delay in Payment, Seller need to share the GST Invoice as soon as order list have been shared by Wholesale Trend In Need. In case of any dispute in the Order list shared it need to be discussed within 48 hrs. of list received. In case seller fails to share the GST invoice before 7^th than the said payment will be carried forward to next month.
