1. Introduction

Welcome to Wholesale Trend In Need. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website and any purchases made through it. The Website serves both business customers (B2B) and individual bulk buyers (B2C). By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Eligibility

  • The Website is intended exclusively for bulk purchases. Customers must meet the minimum order quantity specified on product pages.
  • B2B customers must provide valid business details, including GSTIN and company registration documents.
  • B2C customers must be competent to contract under Indian law and satisfy minimum quantity requirements.
  • By registering, you warrant that you are authorised to bind your business or, in the case of individual bulk buyers, that you have reached the age of majority and can form a legally binding contract.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account and provide accurate, complete and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to approval and product availability.
  • A minimum bulk purchase quantity applies to all orders.
  • Payment methods include secure online payments, bank transfers, and invoice‑based payments for approved B2B buyers. Late payment penalties may apply for overdue invoices.
  • All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We clearly disclose all charges—product price, taxes, shipping and any optional services—before you confirm your order. We do not impose hidden fees or “drip pricing” practices banned by the Dark Pattern Guidelines.
  • We do not add products or services to your cart without your express consent. You will always have the opportunity to review and modify your order before payment.

5. Product Information and Legal Metrology Compliance

  • We strive to present accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be accurate.
  • Under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules 2011, pre‑packaged goods sold online must display the manufacturer’s name and address, country of origin, common product name, net quantity, MRP, best‑before or use‑by date, and other mandated declarations. We include these details on our product pages. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of declarations; however, we may delist products for non‑compliance.
  • Any special claims (such as “handmade” or “authentic”) must be supported by the seller. We prohibit misleading advertisements in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and CCPA guidelines.

6. Pricing and Discounts

  • Prices for bulk orders may vary based on quantity and negotiated terms.
  • Volume‑based discounts may be offered for large orders. Any discounts or offers will be transparent and will not employ deceptive techniques such as fake flash sales or false urgency【.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on order size, destination, and logistics partner availability.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and disclosed before payment. Any charges for handling or packaging will be displayed transparently.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or factors beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
  • Return requests must be raised within the period specified on the product page (typically 2 days) and must include evidence of the defect.
  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or replacement products. Customized or special bulk orders are non‑refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, photographs, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Wholesale Trend In Need. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in activities that violate law or infringe on the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Reselling products in violation of our authorized distribution policies.
  • Submitting false or misleading information, posting defamatory content, or violating the intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Introducing malware, hacking or attempting to disrupt the Website’s operation.
  • Engaging in unfair trade practices, including dark patterns prohibited by the CCPA guidelines (e.g., false urgency, basket sneaking, confirm shaming, subscription traps). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user or seller engaging in such practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Website and all products “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website or products is limited to the replacement value of the goods purchased. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wholesale Trend In Need, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees from any claims, losses or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third‑party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Mumbai in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance.

15. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer whose details are provided below. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 30 days.
