GST is required where applicable by law. If you are exempt, provide supporting documentation during onboarding with Wholesale Trend In Need.

5. Do I need brand authorization to list branded goods? (Branded maal ke liye authorization chahiye?)

Yes, for third-party brands you must provide an authorization letter or distribution agreement. This helps Wholesale Trend In Need maintain buyer trust and compliance.

6. What information is required for each SKU? (SKU listing ke liye kya details chahiye?)

8. How should I provide images? (Images kaise deni chahiye?)

High-resolution front/back/close-ups against clean backgrounds. Avoid heavy watermarks. Accurate color representation improves conversions on Wholesale Trend In Need.

Part 4: Pricing & MOQ

9. What is MOQ, and how do I decide it? (MOQ kya hota hai & kaise decide kare?)

MOQ reflects your batch size and packing efficiencies. Typically 6–24 pieces per SKU in apparel. Final MOQ shown to buyers is decided by Wholesale Trend In Need after reviewing your category and demand. For catalog-as-set, notify us in advance.

11. What commissions or platform fees apply? (Commission/fees kitni hoti hai?)

Category-based commercial terms are shared during onboarding. Margins account for operations, QC, returns handling for defects, and logistics managed by Wholesale Trend In Need.

Part 5: Packaging & Dispatch

12. How should I pack orders? (Packing kaise karun?)

Follow our Packaging & Dispatch SOP (coming soon). Use approved polybags, size stickers, and master cartons. Keep SKUs separated and labeled for quick QC by Wholesale Trend In Need.

13. Who generates labels and arranges pickup? (Label & pickup kaun karega?)

Wholesale Trend In Need manages shipping end-to-end with our courier partners. Sellers do not arrange shipping directly. You pack as per SOP; our team manages labels and logistics.

14. What if there is transit damage or loss? (Transit damage/loss ho jaye toh?)

Transit issues are handled by Wholesale Trend In Need with our courier partners as per the selected shipping mode. Manufacturers should not initiate claims with carriers.

Part 6: Payments & Invoices

15. When do I get paid? (Payment kab milega?)

In the first week of each month, Wholesale Trend In Need shares the prior month’s order summary. Payments are processed after we receive your GST invoice matching the summary.

16. How do I print invoices and labels? (Invoice & label kaise print kare?)

Sellers do not need to print shipping labels. Wholesale Trend In Need manages labels and logistics. For payment, raise a GST invoice against the monthly summary shared by us.

17. What payment modes are supported for settlements? (Settlement ke liye kaunse modes?)

Bank transfers to your registered account per the settlement cycle confirmed during onboarding with Wholesale Trend In Need.

Part 7: Shipping & Logistics

18. Who handles shipping and customer delivery? (Shipping/delivery ka zimma kiska hai?)

Wholesale Trend In Need handles shipping end-to-end. Manufacturers should not ship independently. This ensures standardized service levels and unified tracking.

19. Can I use my own courier? (Kya main apna courier use kar sakta/ti hoon?)

No. To maintain SLA, insurance coverage, and uniform delivery timelines, shipping is arranged only by Wholesale Trend In Need.

Part 8: Samples & Quality

20. How are sample orders handled? (Sample orders kaise hote hain?)

Samples are not free. Buyers pay retail price for sample pieces on Wholesale Trend In Need, so sellers need not bear the cost. Use the Sample Approval Process (coming soon) for smooth approvals.

21. What are the quality standards? (Quality standards kya hain?)

Zero major defects (stains, tears, open seams), color/print consistency, correct measurements, and secure trims. QC guidelines will be shared in our SOP to help you meet Wholesale Trend In Need standards.

22. How are manufacturing defects handled? (Defect aane par kya hota hai?)

Genuine manufacturing defects reported within the stipulated window are replaced or adjusted as per Wholesale Trend In Need policy after verification.
