Is Wholesale Trend In Need a manufacturer or a wholesaler?
We're a B2B wholesale supplier. We buy in quantity directly from verified weavers and manufacturers in Kota, Varanasi, Bhagalpur and Surat, and supply wholesalers, distributors, retailers, resellers and exporters at wholesale prices, so you get factory-direct stock without dealing with each maker separately.
What is the minimum order quantity?
10 pieces for sarees and dress material, and 25 pieces for dupattas. You can mix different designs from the same maker to reach the minimum.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Most products have an "Order Sample" option for 1–5 pieces so you can check the fabric and colour. Sample prices are slightly higher than bulk prices.
Do you sell single pieces?
We're a wholesale supplier, so regular orders follow the minimum order quantity. If you want to check a design first, order a sample of 1–5 pieces.
Do you offer customisation or private label?
Yes. Many designs come in colour options, we sell plain bases for custom painting or printing, and we take private-label and white-label orders with custom packaging on bulk orders. Customised orders can't be returned.
Do you give discounts on larger quantities?
Yes. Tiered wholesale discounts are applied automatically at checkout as quantities go up, and the discount depends on the product category. For high-volume orders, ask for a custom quote on WhatsApp.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, every bulk order comes with a GST invoice. Enter your GST details at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, net banking, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Cash on delivery isn't available for bulk orders.
Do you offer credit terms?
We don't offer credit purchases at the moment. Businesses that order regularly can talk to us about payment flexibility.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 4–5 days and delivered within 12–15 days across India. Handmade pieces, such as hand-painted or block-printed items, need 5–7 days to dispatch. Shipping is charged by weight.
Do you supply buyers outside India?
Yes, by quotation. Online checkout is for delivery addresses in India, so international buyers should send us their requirement and destination country on WhatsApp, and we'll share pricing with shipping options. We also supply exporters who source Indian ethnic wear in quantity.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Report it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a parcel-opening video and clear photos, and we'll arrange a return pickup. Refunds go to the original payment method after a quality check. Customised and clearance items can't be returned.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before it's processed. Once processing starts it can't be cancelled. Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days.
Do you provide catalogues and photos for resellers?
Yes. Registered buyers get access to our catalogues, and resellers can share product images with their customers using our reseller share tool.
